Book Review Intro

My name is Paul DeSimone i have been working out and staying healthy since the age of 13. Currently i have had a lot of sucess in training people for Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. For years i have studied sports science. I went to college to become a Dr. then for business, then for acting, then for communications, and finally for Pharmacology. The things that i learened along the way have made me a much better trainer. In all those years of training the most important thing other than meeting actual atheletes was observing, and Reading. I have gathered a collection of thousands of books, that have pervisouly read and will now re read and go over and review. Some of these books have been lost and are out of print. Most of these books are from my personal collection, any one who has a nutrition, bodybuilding, fitness, and or any medical book to do with health may ask me to review their book. But for now i am trying to just relearn and refresh my memory by re visiting these books.
some books can be more helpful than others, but in any case you can always learn something from any book that you read. So please follow my blog and read and submit away. thanks
